Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days from order date.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Sencea is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). Sencea is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us at support@sencea.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
