Refund policy

At Sencea, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our premium grooming tools, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: The product has a verifiable defect in materials or workmanship
- Shipping Damage: The product was damaged during transit
- Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than those listed above.
Reporting Window
All eligible issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@sencea.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Include clear photos or video evidence of the defect or damage
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to defects or damage, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For incorrect items, return shipping is also covered by Sencea.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing
- Items returned after the 30-day reporting window
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order after your refund is processed.
