Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (credit and debit cards)
  • Shop Pay

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee.

Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment authorization fails or fraud is suspected.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged at the time of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email with a receipt upon successful payment.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify your billing information and contact your bank. You may also try an alternative payment method. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@sencea.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve any legitimate issues promptly.
